cut along a surface

hi to all I have a small problem, I am rebuilding a biella, after fitting stem with foot and head I would like to make a dig along the stem, I would like the dig to follow the fittings but I can't, the problem I think is the fact that I drew the sketch in the horizontal plane (before you have connected), there is a way to create a new reference plan that follows the curvature of the fittings

Why don't you use an offset sketch after converting the geometry by cutting on the side?

because I need to have the cut only in the center, as you pass from foot to head the width of the excavation must increase and above all it must not be a rectangular excavation but must be connected (in practice like this http://www.teknoetre.it/alberi/images/biellam250g.jpg) )

I don't see the problem, at least I think.
I imagine you're referring to the excavation in which you see the two writings. . .
-make an offfest of the side edges of the stem
-make an established convert of the diameter greater than the lower snode
- fitting the two offsets with the newly created circle
-on the top do a bow(1) that will be tangent to the two offsets
-make a convert entity of the greater diameter of the upper snode and define it of construction
- give the tangence between the construction circle and the arch(1)
the sketch should be completely defined

you dig it is that, though or I did not understand myself or I did not explain well, the excavation I can do it without problems however as you can see from the image the excavation does not follow the surface, but close to the head and foot the excavation is deeper....I would like it to follow the surface as the second photo that place (or as the photo posted in the previous post) so to have constant depth even when it meets the connection

to me would think of making a subtraction of bodies but you can probably do it faster.
