cut and fold corner side to create invitation: how?

hi, I need to cut an angle by splitting it into 2 "flats" then fold the "piatto" obtained to create an invitation.
I can't bend it out along the "a" line...which procedura command can I use?

Cut the angle completely and sweep, worrying (by hand) that the length of the bent flap is correct.

I always look for the most complicated road...
in any case, wouldn't a fold be possible?
