cutting problem! !

Hello everyone.. .
It may seem like an incorrect procedure...(maybe it is also for what I can't do)^_^.
I designed two sheets with flange. . .
so that the inside between the two misuri 41mm
...one 28.5mm and the other 12.5mm...

I applied it over the bracket... I would have to cut the outer surface to the bracket.

I attached the file... first look at us....^_^

ps:uso inventor 2009....
with 2010 I would have known how to do...^_^... still unfortunately I have not....

the contour flange fails as surface, project your silhouette, cuts, eliminate the part of the surface further then eventually make a thickening equal to "thickness"

I don't know if I understand the problem well. see if that's right. consider, however, that in doing so explaining the folded piece will be different from the straight bracket profile.
If you want the edge equal to the straight shape you have to make the cut with the option "through fold".
