Hello, everyone!

use proe wf 3.0.
I made the design of a piece with only surfaces because I have to make a mold... so for now I have a cog of curves of which at least half are boundary blend. the form is not the simplest.

However we say that I have half part in surfaces. Now...the mold I have to do should have 3 tenths of vacuum between the faces compared to the simple geometric cut in half...so I should clear 0.15 mm from the ideal cutting plan of the mold. proe does not allow me to make a healthy solid extrusion with cancellation, and I do not know well how to do. It seems impossible to have to project lines from all parts with which to cut the surfaces. they are many and they all have strange forms even if well connected.

how can I do without dying of boredom and errors? Also because I have to do this on a lot of files, not only on what I told you.

I add however that it is the first time I make a mold...I don't even know how to do the normal one with cutting line and/or if there is the option of making the mold cut considering a certain distance between the mold faces itself.

Thank you so much, excuse ignorance!

It's hard to understand what you need.
cuts with a normal extrusion with subtraction and modalities activated surfaces.

ah, yes!

Since the extrusion in surface mode only creates the perimeter surface, I didn't think it was a solid extrusion!

All right, then!
Thank you!
