Good morning to all,
I would like to get a .step model of the wheel you see in photo. I would point out that I personally believe that this piece has been worked out from a commercial purchase but by observing the clearing reference manual I do not have the following measures :
the original has 127 teeth, external diameter 319mm and width 30. the one closest to manual is instead to width 25mm module 2.5 with external diameter 322.5 mm. module 3 would have right width but 387mm (too).
What do you think? .

or....as you see the wheel is worn in the black mark. is it some tooth so someone of you is aware of work that you can do to regenerate the gear only in that part?
Thank you.

the wheel that you see on is made from no commercial piece but has been specially dented.
seeing teeth there should be a negative profile shift.
if the piece takes it from one who builds gears detects the measurements and will do it all the same.

mechanics, you're responding to a post of 4 years ago to users who have disappeared for 3 years. perhaps in the meantime solved

I know, but I'm dusting a bit of post where some indication can be given, even for others who wear their noses.
