da stl a step

Good evening.
I'm trying to open stl files in sw, but I get the following message:
Someone can give me some advice on how I can do it.
I need the sw part file or step.
if someone wants to convert it I can attach the original files.

There are no "Save with Name" commands, the conversion software I tried are quite disappointing. to convert a stl to 3d mathematics (such as step, parasolid, etc.) serves a reverse engineering software. If so they would not have reason to exist expensive and complex programs for reverse and stl obtained from 3d scans could turn into solids with few clicks instead of having to remodel them with considerable times and costs.
