Good morning.

work with sw 2010 64 bit, unfortunately still at the sp0.
aware of the limits and sp0 badges, I am now in contact with my dealer to upgrade the car park to 2012, and have all the sp of the year.

received the quote out of every logic, I wonder if it can be an option switch to 2011 sp5. Maybe it would have a lower cost...

What do you say, it's really worth going to 2012, or even a 2011 all right? (we design furniture, we don't use simulation, only basic controls with some metal environment)

I think 2011 is a good release, especially with the last sp.

I think that if you have no data exchange with others (suppliers or customers) I think having 2011 or 2012 changes little, having one with sp5 is definitely better the sp for 2012 will arrive next year... typically recommend to wait at least a couple of sp before installing the new one.
so if 2011 comes free or with a remarkable price difference maybe you should stay on 2011, if instead the difference is minimal I think it is always better to have the most updated version.

with the 2010 sp0 match the following defects.

- top-down design: when the components created inside the axieme exceed fifty starts to slow notablemnet. If I then do extended functions to the parts... Hi.
- put on the table. you will not believe, but on a drawing every hundreds happens that the sections are not real: alcumi pieces show them, others do not. even it happens that in the section are visible components that are actually behind the observer. but is it possible? ?

with 2011 sp5 can I go quiet?

i 500 eur is the "penal" for jumping a year, then reactivating the dorm license.

the 1600s, however, seems to be "obligators", although one does not intend to avail himself of assistance. is however an amount subject to negotiation

definitely a serve pack 0 is not the maximum of life. attention that when working in topdown the methodology helps performance. we made thousands of components already with 99 and still manage very complex assemblies.
so that this happens successfully I demand that the methodologies of modeling be what I have experienced successfully.
I say this because I have seen everything around and then the blame falls on the instrument, not always guilty.....
