It's been a while since you haven't heard but I've had restrictions on web access in the last year.

I will soon change company and pass to creo 2.0 from wf3.
I would need to study the new program and especially understand the differences, both at modeling and configuration level.

Is there anyone who can help me? Maybe with some manuals or something?

to come to your question, you know that official manuals only give you if you do update courses, among other things there is not even the specific course from wf3 to creo 2.0 but from wf4 to creo.
said this if you've been cuffing for years with wf3 , you'll just have to find yourself with the new interface that's still easier, the method remains equal with clearly different features extra.
to list everything is impossible.
for configurations it is better to create something ex novo.
