I have already read several discussions about it but I still have this problem. we have to make some tags where there is a writing that among other things is a variable. the problem is that I have to get a monoline escalation to get the machine a single path to be able to write. Does anyone have any ideas about it?

what I have to get: a dxf with the contour of the tags, the holes and the monolinear writing (obviously if the writing changes, other dxf)
variables: the writing changes from tag to tag (about 500 different writings)

problem:
1) written . also changing font the result of the bounce is always (according to me rightly) a character formed by two lines.
2) I tried to create an ipart thinking of putting the string as a variable but I can't. :

I did a macro that I can turn you, if I find it... He fished the fields to fill out n tags from a txt file and edited the writings in the table (not in the ipt model), creating a series of idw tables. but what level of automation do you need?
as to the monolinear writing I suppose I have understood what it is but if you place me a link I am grateful so I am sure I have understood whistles for whistles!
Bye!

found. if you know a bit of vb should be clear enough, use to create tags in sequence: until there is read data from the file listt.txt the data, refresh the table (and only that) and save the file with a unique name. the file model of the tag represents the tag, but not compiled.
If you're drunk, ask, I hope the macro needs something. for export to inventor's help there is exactly the example to save in dxf.
