database with committed images for preview

I have many commissions of some works each shop has several drawings of autocad assembly.
every time I have to open them to see what they were, would there be a method that I know maybe a sheet of excel type database that shows me the pretty big preview of the shop? ? ?

of some drawings does not preview, how do I then have it more detailed and big? ?
