deactivate feature to lighten files

hi to all I have the following problem i.e. they told me that there is a way to turn off the features by lightening the file weight without having to export to other formats. must remain the story of the piece and it must be possible to reactivate it. thanks to who will answer

just suppress the features and save the file.
