decimal zeros in distinct

Hi.
I would like to remove decimal zeros from the table materials(see photo)
...I tried in the options of the document but I can't find the correct voice.

Actually, I didn't change the standard of the measuring units by removing the decimals after the comma. That's because, in fact, the decimals would be removed. I wanted to remove only the zeros after the comma. So I went into the "quote" section and set as from image the units.
