decimals in quotas

Good evening. I realize it's stupid, but obviously I'm so banging my head that I'm losing in a glass of water. I therefore apologize in advance for the banality... I refer to decimals in quotas.. I need that there are not how much the number is whole and that they appear instead when there is a decimal... at this moment they always appear... even when the number is whole... I also checked in the options, but it seems to me that it's okay... obviously I'm looking at the wrong point!
