Our company builds machines and is registered in the business register as such. in our technical office there is a valid electrotechnic (diplomato - no state examination).
a "friend" company asked us to set up old electric paintings and declare their conformity.

we are in the business register since 1998 as srl, before we were as snc.

from dm 37 of 22 01 2008 I can't see if we can do it..

I do not think it is possible to return to the authorized companies (art3). Maybe we have professional technical requirements (art4) having an experience electrotechnic and some engineers (mechanical holes :smile: ).

hi I answer you very quickly and essentially. dm 37/08 does not apply to electric paintings which, on the other hand, falls completely into the low voltage and ecm directive. In order to certify there is the picture you must comply with all the res required by the two directives (therefore perform tests, calculations and measures for as and ans type paintings).
