I would need design in dwg/dxf format as from attached image (sole and moon) for laser cutting for a gate.

you should "vettorialize" the jpg file you have attached, using a specific software that transforms the image into lines and polylines... but according to my modest opinion, you should insert the jpg file on autocad... and then trace polylines that follow the design. This way you can also set the path sequence, which will run the cutting machine.
