define relationships between the size of a section

Good evening, I am looking for a method to define relationships between the size of a section.
example:
I have a beam to t. all my geometric parameters (thickness, base, soul height etc.) are according to the total height of the section. I would like to be able to define one time h and automatically get the design with the proportions allocated.

I looked at dynamic blocks but I'm not sure whether it's the right way to take or there are other methods.

would it be possible then to assign the h value from a specially created table (which is not the property menu)?

and... if I drew the section in proportion to the height, then inserting the x-folded block as the beam height?
a thing of the type h=1, then ala=0,7, sp.anima = 0.04 etc

when inserting the block, insert it with scale (example) 120 which is the height of your beam. . .

Taking stock of the debate Here I modified the software so that in addition to manipulating the parametric, adds the one related to dynamic blocks.
in excel, from row 40 you find 2 buttons, one reads the data from the selected block and lists the custom parameters that can be varied, the other modifies the selected block if it finds values in column d.
the attached dwg contains a block representing a parametric beam, for example, you can vary the custom bases, wing, sp, h.
