definition step of load in ansys apdl13

I am using ansys 13 for the thesis and I have to enter loads that vary over time thus evaluating the behavior of the model to vary these loads.
Does anyone know how to apply this kind of loads? ?

You have to do the transient analysis if I understand what you mean.
