I'm handling a client's files using a pdm.
files have locked parameters!
I would like to delete all existing parameters to charge only mine.
Is it possible?
How?

You could do three tests:
1- check with no execute in program or the parameters you want to delete are inserted in the "input" of the program itself
2- where there is written blocked normally you can open a curtain and go to set "full" (this change is not possible in the parameters used).
3- I hope not many but the parameters can also be used in quotas, annotations and even in sketch objects; check if there is no impurities even there.

known that on another computer(same version of pro-e), with another config.pro, I can delete everything!

check that those parameters are not used in relationships and check if they only have some possible values. in this case means that there is a file, commanded by config.pro, (delimited parameter files) that says what are the parameters you want to control and with what value.
or disable the restricted_val_definition option or go directly to the file and delete the parameter you need; then go into tools/parameters/tools/tools/tools definition (I have no proes underhand). you should get rid of (or i) parameters.
