There is the probability that they jump the constraints for each of these parts and therefore, one by one, they must be reassigned.
the annoying thing is that if you drag one of these parts to reassign a bond, inventor proposes, every time,
a message that tells you there are bond errors on that part.
But I already know that!
and every time you have to say "accept" to be able to continue.
Can't you delete the display of that message?

Usually, to avoid the problem you have 2 roads... or suppress incorrect constraints (waiting to fix them) or delete them
