delete print margins in a pdf

with dwg to pdf.pc3 I can not cancel the margins of the sheet.
for an a1 I can have a printable area that measures delta x = 840.99159000, delta y = 593.99406000.
Why?

are you indispensable those 8,5 thousandths of long millimeter x and 6 thousandths of long millimeter y?
I remember that a format a1 is 84,a x 59,4 cm, so you are talking about micron...
