Can someone give me an exhaustive explanation on how the design file date works?
For example, what exactly does it contain.. how can it be done to create a custom or to change an existing one? .

is the styles folder (when you change the styles in inventor, in reality change the data present within that folder) also contains the thread tables and the pin/hole couplings, some templates for tube models, wires.... in short, a little everything that is "standard" for the various inventor modules.

I explain briefly why of your error message that you have also posted in another discussion:

you have a style library set in the date design folder, then you have an idw template that inside has its own style library equal to that in the folder.
If you change the style library, save as I told you and do not update the template file with new changes (you have to open the idw template and use "update" this time and save), he will create a new table (which basic opens the template folder template template set always in the project file) tells you that the folder library and the template library do not match. That's all.

The last problem...(I hope it's the last one)...is that if I have multiple models with, for example, the axis line...but in different style... it overwrites me when I update. . .

layer blue quotas

I am also instructing myself in this debate, since it is nothing but the continuation of the previous one:
It could open a file of another project without disrupting anything: just open a new session of inventor....I do it often, even with 3 contemporary sessions, and nothing strange happened to me..:biggrin:
