design "food" or "users". . .

I am a graduate in mechanical engineering (three-year degree, intended to become a designer) .in the continuation of studies I would like to "specialize" on my own in the design of a given type of machine . since I really like the so-called "food" machines and (although a little less) machine tools , I would like some advice from those who are definitely more experienced than me and some information on the trend of the different industries I'm more interested in a tip on future work outlets. Where do you think a mechanical engineer can find more space?
In other words, without making it too long, neglecting the "passion" factor, which type of machinery (between the two I have stated and not) should I be studying to have an advantage in the future from a working point of view?

machine tools in general or industrial machines manufacture them everywhere and there is if.pre demand. if for food machines you mean packaging, packaging and similar things are always industrial machines. If for machine tools you only think about turning and milling do not go far. must be open to plants for metal wire and sheet, rolling mills, extruders, presses etc etc.
