design in shared fashion

Hello, everyone.
I preferred to open a new discussion though the subject is already dealt with in: http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showthread.php?p=175685#post175685 where I wrote but I had no answer (probably because the discussion is dated).
summarizing the problem, I need a shared design between two cad stations in one of which is located the physical hard disk contain the workspace. wanting to open the project from the remote station appears the path of the workspace marked in red and the error message I attach.
I ask you politely if the procedure I set for sharing is not correct or is to set up some setting for sharing the workspace.

I try to help you, but I can't give you technically exhausting and correct directions.
as the message says, the use of certain characters is not allowed.
your path starts with //, being a network path.
from me we work with the files located on my car but the project file of the members is on the machine they use, we do not use the vault because we are elbow and we do not want to get into the obscure meanders of the manager.

Hello and excuse the lightness.
then, I could also name the hard disk with a letter but I fear that the path always shows the name of the pc (in which it finds the shared hd) preceded by the double \.

Okay, problem solved: I just had to make a colleague of the workspace on the desktop and so I deleted the double slash.
