Good evening, everyone!
I need to make a list of all the drawings contained in a folder (including subfolders) with the drawing number and its description.
I thought I'd do one together with all the components and make the distinction, but the drawings are so many.
Any method?

open a dos window and go to that folder, then type dir *.* /s > list.txt
you will find a txt file with the list of files.
easier solution: search the internet and you will see that there are programs. I use dirlist that should not be installed.View attachment DirList.zip

I did it a short time ago for a set of about 150 laser-making components to my supplier.
I have made an axieme and tabled with parts list, also inserting the column weight, thickness, material and revision.
a little disbelief because I had a lot of underarms, but the result is perfect.
you can also export to excel
