design opt

Good evening to all,
I am at the third year of mechanical ing and I am working on the thesis with ansys (although being at first weapons with the software).
I should work on optimizing a structure, but in version 14.5 I can't find either in the main menu or in other parts "design opt" or similar (which is used in all the tutorials I have looked at).
Excuse me for any stupid question, how to get around the problem? Should I use a particular library or anything?

if I don't remember those options are "visible" until 12.1.
surely there will be even in the next but I do not know exactly where to "look"!
