Good morning.
My name is daniele and I have been working for a few months as a designer in a company that produces cylinders, until then I have worked as a miller on 5 axes working centers, so I am here to ask you a tip on this table of this plate. I would like to receive advice on inserted tolerances and quotas and how you might have done.

Bye. seeing the quotation between holes and tracks, the first question that comes to mind is whether the application allows you to manage the interaxes that move for the sum or difference of individual tolerances.

apart from the error of tolerance that is not consistent with others (I believe)
who builds this plate could run the last asola with 0.6mm error on its entire axle and no one can contest.
If you like it. Okay.
Otherwise you have to use a quotation as an attached image.

not knowing the function of the piece and missing the symbols of roughness it is impossible to judge how the quotas and tolerances are placed, however I certainly would not have put and used to quota that axis to 100 mm from the top surface

Thank you for your answers.
I preferred to put that quota of 100 +-0,02 because in the holes of ø28 must be inserted some pins of ø28 f7. in the sun will mount blocks screwed with screws m8, the reason why I decided to put that distance from ø28 of +-0,2.
Should I still quote how you showed me?

progressive quotation, as evidenced by @vittori, it is useful and necessary when we want to avoid the amounts of tolerances, starting from a fixed point called zero.
with current controls, if the lateral surfaces are not as important as internal processing, this zero point can be fixed, e.g. on the axis of one of the two sunshades.
you would have direct tolerance on their axial distance, which would be greatly reduced, even at +- 0.1mm.
inside this quota, you can then quote the interaxes of the two holes, even here with much lower tolerance values.

if you have to respect the quota 100 ±0.02 I would share so
remains to understand the quota 27.92.
If it's so important you have to put a tolerance,
If it's not important to remove the decimals, but you can only know that.1717579085844.png

So could qeusta be the right solution?

perfect, thank you very much for your availability. Would you indicate the updated quotation legislation?
and I have a very trivial last question, but I'm not ashamed.
to that plate I should make a soldering to have a squadron subspecies and back a block/support where between the two I should pass a chrome rod, is it right to quote that parallelism?

ps. the design was made by hand so it does not represent reality, it is necessary to show you the concept.
