Hello! ! !
I am designing a cycloidal reducer that presents a cycloidal disc with 12 teeth with diameter between a tooth and its opposite of 47,5 mm, moved by an eccentric with distance from the center of 1 mm, which rotates around a crown with 13 reels of diameter 1.5 mm.
I managed to make the cycloidal disk, but now I'm in difficulty in placing the reels so that they are always tangent to the cycloidal disk.
I had thought to place the 13 reels along a circumference centered in the eccentric (i.e. a circumference whose center is 1 mm from the center of the cycloidal disk), but thus doing not all the reels are tangent to the disk, but in some cases overlap... I attach some pictures to better explain my problem.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you.
