Dearest,
I have a problem with the punching man! when I generate the development of a multiple flap (but the problem is, I think, of a general character) I would like the angles to be alive, instead of connecting with sp-line like those highlighted in the annex... I tried to close the corners, but it doesn't work, I tried to dismantle on the options, but I know not so thoroughly the question... Does anyone have any idea how to make those stingy corners?

I would say that you can't, the only thing you can put in the options close angle of the multiple flap is to put "close angle", better in some areas. but where it puts the rays you can't do anything.

Bye.

I imagined... inventor should do it (I used it two years ago, and we talked about the later version of what I used). Thank you.

physically it is not possible to have living edges.
If you want to get live edges you should work the developed (simplify geometry) but it is a nice job to do.

in fact I did it because then I use this model parameterizing it... Here's the dig I've done for every corner. a break now that will simplify my life later

you can activate, in the development options, bow simplification. so that cutting software does not go into crisis.

Hi.

Hi.
I seem to have understood that brex wants live edges so the punching cam recognizes them and scans them until the end, instead so you have to change the program manually making a cumshot in addition to raying, there is no need to simplify from spline to strings.

Bye.

The puncher's man is happy with the dig I made him:finger: So great! I will try perhaps with the simplification to arches, so I avoid the extra steps... then I look like you do (well if you know how to do...). However I'm sure inventor has different development options, and since I think the solid edge sheet environment is much better, it would be appropriate to think about such a stuff.. .
