development of a sheet divided into two parts

hello to everyone, is it possible to make the development of one part of a sheet? i.e. I have a carter that I had to divide into two parts for external processing issues, how do I tell inventor what part I want to see in development?

sheet metal parts cannot be multibody (at least until ver 2015), so the problem does not arise! !

even if you split it into two parts with a cutting or extrusion type command, inventor still recognizes the part as the only solid.
should just click on any side of the part you want to develop and then launch the "flat model".
Careful, if you want the development of the other, you must first delete the flat model and then do as said.
