differences between autocad 2008 and 2012 with snaps

Hello, everyone!
we have just passed (in studio) from autocad 2008 to autocad 2012 and I am completely dismissed

especially I'm not at all with snaps.
in the previous, I had set automatically (discussed for the spannimetric explanation) of the snaps to some particular points of the design, and approaching the mouse to the lines, they activated these snaps.
Now I can't activate any snaps, and I see the mouse pointer approaching "only" to some points (I imagine an invisible grid).
I would like to delete this invisible grid snap and I would like to restore snaps to the various points.
but I just can't understand where to go looking (and I feel very impeded).

f9 key to enable/disable the snap mode.
f3 key to enable/disable the osnap mode.
however disabled/able all on the status bar, where the icons of these functions are present.
nothing has changed, however, from 2008 to 2012, you find yourself dismissed only because you obviously find icons while you had the writings first.
if you go to a status bar icon with the right button you can enable the display mode with the texts.

what spyed on me are the icons on the bottom left:
deduction of constraints
Snap mode (I tried with this, but I couldn't do what I wanted)
etc.
