a file of assembly cannot have a separate cut which is the prerogative of the environment part.
you have attached the axieme without the side files and therefore it is equally useless of the drawing file before.
you are right on the selection rectangle, the function I have indicated is only valid for the environment part. I don't remember if there's a similar function... I'll tell you and let me know

What you need is to create the property of the part that brings the values of the encumbrance.
to do this, considering that measuring the dimensions is not plausible, you have to create a 3d sketch that is measurable; in particular what makes the selection rectangle only bent to the whole part.
