Good morning to all... I just started using ansys, and I collided with some difficulties that even with the help I managed to clarify. . .
problem with prrrfor:after solving a model (/solu, solve), I take to /post1 and call the prrfor, if I execute a command at a time from the command line, it works all... if I write it on a .txt file and call "read imput from" it takes to /post1 but does not open the window with forces. Where am I wrong? Have I forgotten any command?

weight lossthe objective of the very trivial model that I am doing is to evaluate the weight of a frame (and only then simulate the effect of some loads).

to evaluate weight, since I can't do it directly I have some ways:
-defined density,
- apply appropriate constraints
- solve
-take the sum of vertical reactions and divide by the value of gravity acceleration
- to spit the result

other road:
-predating the volume of the entire model (command *get??? ? ? )
-multiplicate for the set density
-Make me spit the result

In both cases, I wanted to ask you: how can I put in a parameter the vertical result of forces or the total volume?
(I should use the *get command, but I don't understand exactly how)

how can I then show up on screen or print a .txt with some starting parameters and the result?

Thank you for your help!
