difficulty in some fittings and repetition of faces....

Hi.
In helping a friend I'm putting on paper the size of a particular mechanic and I have a couple of problems. the first with modeling that does not execute me operations, the second are looking for some threads ....one is to be detected and the other is indicated as 6 5/8 bees reg.

working with modeling:
modeling fails to perform fittings ..see img1
modeling does not perform a copy of some faces (green) ..see img2
... model allego.

threads:
- of the first allego size detected but I do not find a correspondent... see img3
- of the second I can not find a table although it is recognized as a amaricane thread used in trivellations.

Give me a hand? ?
