I have a problem with files to develop. . .
I started from a step made by fusion 360, turned into asm, then for single piece par I created a body sheet metal and from that rebuilt the pieces (tanti)....

The problem is that now I can't save the dxf, it tells me that it's impossible to save, saves me a dxf actually empty. . .

I attach a piece of the many done so....the problem is that I also have urgency to make developments:frown:

the only thing you have to do is use the "thin sheet" command from the tools menu.

eliminates all the rest except the imported "body feature"

I open the step file, save it in asm...
I open the single parts, turn them into sheetmetal with the command "thin sheet" and then I develop....

with fusion 360 files, I have to rebuild the part with folds etc, because their program does not support the folds, percui is a nice mess and if obviously not, and turns them into automatic... for what I had done the features...

How do you do that? ? . . .

depends on who sends the files to me, in 2017 not having the folds in the 3d models is a problem not recently as you have no idea what you are accomplishing (for example a trivial washer goes to finish on the bending curvature and remains stunned, or an ink of sheeting goes into interference for the stamp of the fold).

said this almost never happened to receive rows of sheets without the folds.

in any case you can use the "convert part in sheetmetal" command where you will select the flat faces that interest you and solid edge will worry to insert the folds
