dimensional tolerances created

Good evening,
in these days for curiosity I tried in creo 6 but I am finding many difficulties side drafting.
I have been able to activate tolerances, but I cannot change them now, but only accept what he proposes. (see image).

I press that I am experienced with nx and sw but here would seem problems of settings.
Does anyone know how to activate them correctly? Once activated, is there a way to save settings so that every time I make a table I don't have to reset everything?

It also does not detect me even if it is a diametrical quota or not, especially on the quotas of revolution.

I forgot, as far as the diametric quota is concerned, this is an example:
currently the only solution I found is to select the quota and go to quota text and add the ø.
cannot you select the type of quota es.come on nx and automatically insert it?
