I installed autocad 2010 on my colleague's computer and disabled dictionaries (we never used them); the problem is that now an error message appears to every "edit" of a text.
I tried, without success, to disable the demand for use of the dictionary and I also tried to relaunch the installation, in order to be able to add the dictionary "Italian" (so that it did not stress anymore!).... but the setup does not allow me to make changes: is limited to saying that autocad is already installed ....
Can someone help me?

Hello, sorry for the delay of the answer.
tried to enter options, file entry, line "+ filenames of text editor, dictionary and font" > "+ main dictionary" and see what gives you?

.... indicates to me "no one available" and does not allow me to do "undress" to try to select one.

instead the custom dictionary is set to sample.cus .... and in this case can be activated "sfoglia" "add" and "remove"

I also have the same problem with autocad 2010, how did you solve it?
I'm freaking out.

I don't even have the online guide, if I press f1 tells me there is no guide.

Can you help me with these two points?

....in addition I don't even have the online guide, if I press f1 tells me that there is no guide... .
check if options -> files -> guide file names and otherbe present this path:
c:\programs\autocad 2010\help\acad180.chm
if it is not present insert it (of course we always talk about autocad 2010).
If you had to have deleted that file (acad180.chm) wanting you we can give it to you.

If you pass it directly you are very kind so I can solve this problem.

But as for the dictionary, can you help me? Do you have this? so I eliminate these two hateful mistakes

I see now in your profile that you have autocad mechanical... is different the file of the help then.

dictionary speech is more complex. autocad inserts them in installation phase.

advice: when installing autocad avoid disable components and always proceed to complete installation. sometimes to save a few mb you find yourself with problems of difficult solution! ! !

It's pretty simple. enter the autocad disk, explore cd and with the command "search-all files and folders" type *.dct once you have found the dictionary files in the various languages take those that interest you and drag them into the 2009->support autocad folder. do this reboot the program, enter the tool->options menu to file folder-> + filenames of the dictionary text editor and main directory font-> and select the type of dictionary you want to use.

Good job

as I said, I solved reinstalling everything... However thanks: it can be useful for the future ... and for other users!
