disappeared window property filter layer

Good day to all,
I resumed a file of 4 months ago (prg of a small municipality of which I have to make the variant) and I no longer remember how the layer property window opens (not new filter) with which you can isolate all the layers that have in common a paradigm in the name (e.g. all those that begin to "res" ... identical.
the file has about 600 layers (it is a dwg "passed" in a program of the province for drawing up plans) and it is essential to use filters to reorder everything.
simply using the layer filter I have to select all rows that I want to isolate and it is a punishment!

in the owner layer, on the left side of the list of all layers, you will see the list of filters set or you have to set.
That column shut down. you will find a "fresh", click on that and the column will reappear.

I take the "filter layer" speech:
provided that in "management properties layer", on the left vertical bar can appear both
"group layer filter",
and
"filter properties layer"
and that the difference of the two options is:
"group filter layer"= layer selected by name in the window at the top right "circle", which can be grouped and used as necessary, but which constitute a static group;
"filter layer properties" = selected layers for common characteristics (color, thicknesses etc), which can be grouped and which autocad automatically adds whenever a new layer with equal properties is created;
for the second option, "filter estate layer", should appear a window in which you choose the various characteristics common to the layers we want to group.
got it: on an old xp with autocad 2011 it's okay,
on later versions (until 2014) installed on windows 7pro 64, the window does not even come out with the bleach!

autocad 2011 32 bit installed on 64 bit PC with xp emulator does not give problems.
