"disclaimer" in a report

Hey, guys.
what do you write at the end of a fem report?!?

the classic disclaimer to say that the analysis is not to be taken as "law", of course there can be differences regarding reality, and that the fem method is an approximate method.

if you have to use for example what generates solidworks simulation (fu cosmosworks) in the analysis report.
But personally I think it is a not very elegant move, with or without the disclaimer the implicit approximations in the method are not your responsibility, the correct application of the method regarding the case in question remains your (in competition with the customer in relation to the inputs provided) responsibility.
