display axes fold!

Good morning to all, I have a problem to display the fold axes in the development of the sheets.
I checked all the settings and they seem right, I don't know what to do anymore!
Sometimes I try to create a new configuration where I only put development, and putting on the table the new configuration makes me see, but it is not normal to have to always create a new configuration, when I have the development as a derived configuration.

the correct way not to run into problems is to make the view flattened directly in the drawing lens and let it be solidworks to create the derived configuration default development.
the display status has nothing to do with unless you voluntarily put your hands on it.

check to have visible sketches in view>show/hide.

If you don't leave:
close the drawing
in environment part returns to configuration defaultverification of not being in flat mode
eliminates derived configuration default developmentsave
remake the design by inserting the view flat repetition

I have activated the sketches in the view, but it does not show them anyway, it has also tried my colleague and has the same problem, I think at this point it is a problem in the file origin, it is the only file to have this problem.
Anyway I solved by drawing them as a manual sketch.
