display order in solid layout

How come, even if I send behind a solid compared to another (with active realistic view), in layout, and then in print, does the same come in front anyway?

but excuse, do you use the display order on solids??
is it not that maybe, by chance, solids are displayed above or below based on their real spatial placement?! :36_1_3:

But that doesn't fit me. those in the second floor are seen above those in the foreground. and the placement is right!
