display problems in the selection of points clouds

hello to all, while working on a cloud of points in autocad I get blue plans while I use the command line...etc.
I don't remember how this setting turns out. Does anyone have any information?

hi, I managed today to solve the problem by disabling the dynamic uucs, but now I have another problem, when with the cursor step above the cloud of points or to a 3d element appear two very small symbols to the right of the pointer, how do you turn off these functions of the pointer?, I tried also turning off the dynamic input but nothing.
