display sliding bars and use pan with mouse

Sorry, maybe it's been said before, but I have the following problem.
to move along the drawing I have to right-click and from the menu choose the pan option.
I wonder if there is a navigator like a photoshop or if you can view sliding bars to move horizontally or vertically along the sheet.
use autocad 2007.

press the wheel and move the mouse.

or from tools --> options --> display --> flag on display slide bars in the dialog box.
