Hello everyone,
I would like to create a set of pneumatic pistons on the market. I created the components and in the axieme I put the limit distance for the end run stem and end run melt. the problem is that when I step from one configuration to another it does not keep the min-max values set for the reference plans of the bond.
depends perhaps on the fact that passing from a larger cylinder to a smaller one the reference plane can be on the opposite side of the plane than the limit distance bond is set?
Thank you.

It can be all... it depends on how you did the model. We don't have the crystal ball. If you want to be helped, do so.

having from catalog only the quotas of the attached drawing, I do not know the measurements inside the cylinder and for this on the side I create a plan that moves according to the configurations, on the side melt I made a stem that connects with the melt, which changes in thickness, and as you can see from the values in table the limit value regarding the two planes of reference remain the same "0" and "10000".
these two values are not maintained, but solidworks changes them.
I believe it is due to the fact that changing configuration from a smaller racing cylinder, the end of the slender can be left of the reference plane around the program.
Are there any other corrections or solutions possible?
Thank you.

If you model your object differently, you may answer the problem. If you're doing a set, I suggest you add the hole of the shirt and don't use the top but the bottom of the shirt to be bound.

Another alternative is to have a sketch in the model, whose share controls the maximum range, since the minimum must be zero for everyone.
I've seen how you and everyone else have had that problem. is a wrong approach to parameterizing a cylinder.

in the 2018 version it is not possible to connect the limit distance bond to a quota, for that I created, only on the side of the end run stem, the plane, whose quota instead is connected to the share of the sketch of the part that scales the cylinder and the race. From the part of the melt the bond uses the surfaces of solids and cmq loses me the limit values. .
I would like to understand if you cannot use in this case the limit constraint and the only way is to create the package, running also in this case the danger that passing from a large racing conf to a small stroke, the piston stays out of the cylinder.
