distinct base - encoding utf-8 and encoding ansi

Good morning to all

I wanted to know if in the config.pro there is an opposition for the setting of the config in the export for example of the distinct base in ances instead of utf-8
I have this problem:
I have the matrix to create the diba (distintabase.fmt) in encoding ansi but when I go to rename the created file (assieme.bom.1) in txt I find it in encoding utf-8


Can any of you help me?

I follow, unfortunately I can't help you, in the past I used to pass for excel masks to handle the distinct base.
