distinct with mirrored parts

How come if you mirror parts in the 3d model then in the separate part is counted as if they were all different parts? or for example: I have the part_01 I carry out the mirroring becoming paret_01_mir1
the part and mirrored is exactly the same as the original.

because mirrored does not mean the same otherwise it would be enough to use the part without mirroring it. It's fair to have a different theme.
if indeed the ruthless part is equal to that "of origin" then in the axieme do not explain it, but simply insert the "of origin" part for the second time.
