in implementation of Article 23, paragraph 13, of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, “Code of Public Contracts”, the Minister of Infrastructures and Transport adopted Decree no. 560 of 1 December 2017 which defines the methods and times of progressive introduction, by the contracting stations, the granting administrations and economic operators, the obligation of specific methods and electronic instruments, such as those works of construction and modelling.
