do not work anymore neither numbers nor ctrl+v

in autocad 2010 every now and then (almost often) I happen that no more ctrl+ c/v and not even numbers from the keyboard pad under blocknum.
to solve I always close the program and reopen it

you know what kind of configuration starts and how to fix it?

ps these problems are inherent only to autocad, if I step to another window (e.g. word, excell or others) everything works correctly

Is it a laptop? try installing the latest service pack for autocad 2010.

no a fixed pc I talk about the number keypad on the right where there is also the asterisk the bar and blocknum. the other numbers those in row at the top of the keyboard always work properly
