Hello everyone,
I happen sometimes that when I work with autocad 2013 in three-dimensional modeling the viewcube stops working, i.e. I click on the various faces and edges to change the view, but the viewcube does not change and the viewcube seems inactive. I don't understand what the problem is. I have a video card amd readon hd 7310 with 384 mb memory, hardware acceleration enabled and service pack 1.1 installed.
what can be the cause?

I think it depends on the type of file you are using, as doking also says.
test and check default settings:

navvcubedisplay : 1
navvcubelocation: 0
navvcubeopacity: 50
navvcubesize: 4

check if your parameters are different from these.

It is not a problem that happens to many, although there are few users who accuse this error, I believe that autodesk should consider the type of error, even if to me personally it never happened.

You have a video card with autocad doing a little dick. try to disable hardware acceleration.
