Anyway, that design isn't good at all. There are no quotas and some are not well.
I don't know where you got it from, but if I were you I wouldn't take it to reference to learn how to quote

I don't know what you mean by "all edges"... one of the most logical sections to do on that piece is this:
then, if there is nothing else you have to show; in case you add another one. but I guess the task they assigned you imposes one section.
remember that ribs never dissect....

that is the section necessary to see the hidden parts to be listed.

the views in the drawing were created with v5 catia.
quotas were created automatically in the design environment but derived from the 3d environment and are those used for the creation of volume.
are not represented all the quotas of the 3d but only those that can be displayed in the two views.
I say all this because I recognize the graphics of catia v5 well.

so if the question is: you can see all hidden edges with a section, the answer is no.

automatic quotas do not come so at home. are filmed by what the user created in 3d so not only in the sketcher. Believe me?
