dotted net with growing or decreasing density

Hello, everyone.
I wanted to know if there is a way in autocad 2012 0 2013 to insert a net "puntinato" to "variable density", i.e. once selected the contour or the internal point it same net must predict a parameter that expresses me the "grade" of spacing, perhaps in percentage terms.
I suppose this can only be done through vb or lisp, but I am not able to.

you could hypothesize a deduction to separate parts, such as your example file, where a utility (lisp or vba) automatically divides the part to treat and create many separate restraints.
